Tang Soo Do
Tang Soo Do training is open to everyone of all ages and will concentrate on the development of speed, agility, endurance, stamina, power and grace with a primary focus on teaching the fundamentals of self-defense and kicking as well as fitness and a positive lifestyle.
Goju-Ryu training is geared more towards adults and will concentrate on practical self-defense involving the skilled application of punches, kicks, blocks, dodges and interceptions to swiftly and decisively overpower an attacker. The focus of this style is on the application of close-quarters techniques to effectively and efficiently end any altercation.
Hapkido training is open to our advanced students and focuses on ground fighting, throws, joint locks and the development of boxing skills. Training includes randori (free-fighting) and defense against weapons attacks.
Kobudo is the study of traditional Okinawan weapons. Students will progress from learning the fundamentals of weapons training to developing a true mastery and understanding of armed combat. These classes will also afford the student the opportunity to more fully understand the movements and capabilities of weapons in order to defend against a weapon wielded against them.
Our programs offer beginners the prime opportunity to enroll in a comprehensive Martial Arts experience which will help them to develop peak fitness, heightened self-confidence and the ability to defend themselves in any situation.
