Photokicks - Thursday, April 30th & Friday, May 1st, 4:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
-Please make note of your scheduled time and arrive at least 15-minutes beforehand.
-Please wear full uniform, which should be clean and ironed.
-There will be no regular classes either day, but students will receive a class credit for getting their picture taken. Students may also stick around afterward to practice for an additional class credit.

We offer two separate programs which follow the requirements for promotion as set forth by the United Tang Soo Do Federation and the Sho-Rei-Shobu-Kan, both nationally recognized and accredited martial arts organizations with over 16,000 active students and 100 schools.
Tang Soo Do training is open to everyone of all ages and will concentrate on the development of speed, agility, power and grace with a primary focus on teaching the fundamentals of self-defense.
Okinawan Goju-Ryu training is geared more towards adults and will concentrate on practical self-defense involving the skilled application of punches, kicks, blocks, dodges and interceptions to swiftly and decisively overpower an attacker. The focus of this style is on the application of close-quarters techniques to effectively and efficiently end any altercation.
Our programs offer beginners the prime opportunity to enroll in a comprehensive Martial Arts experience which will help them to develop peak fitness, heightened self-confidence and the ability to defend themselves in any situation. For anyone who has ever thought of training in the martial arts, now is the time!!!
